WHO WE ARE

Leadership

California First Partner Jennifer Siebel Newsom and Olivia Morgan launched the California Partners Project in 2020 as an independent 501(c)4 not-for-profit organization to create resources and connect
individuals and groups for collective progress.

We focus on gender equity and child well-being because they are inextricably connected. Our interconnected priorities include amplifying effective equal pay and family-friendly workplace strategies, increasing women's representation on corporate boards, and addressing the impact of media and technology on youth mental health and well-being.
